has anybody heard of VinkoMotors on Dundas and Bathurst? I'm looking to get a car and I haven't found any feedback from this shop. Is there a way to determine if the odometer hasn't been tampered with? I'm getting a car from '88 but with only 86,000kms. what do you guys think?

I'm interested with a 190e from Forli, but its a bit steep at 5,500 and 250,000kms on it
