The sound on radio goes out every couple of minutes for about 4 seconds on my 2001 S500, and on the cd player the counter stops almost as if a phone call is coming in to the command center. I don't know if it is just a coinsidence but the problem seem to start around the time I had my windows tinted. As if the tint on the rear window covered up an antena, but it shouldn't effect the cd.

Also there is what looks like a woofer in the trunk behind the rear seat head rest that is giving off no sound?

Any suggestions or thoughts on the cause of the problem?
