Will these speakers work for my 1992 190E?

I have a 1992 Mercedes Benz 190E 2.3 Sedan.

I am looking to replace all of the speakers in the car. I found these and was wondering if you guys recommend them, and more importantly if they even fit:

Dash: http://www.crutchfield.com/S-LxumH55wLmI/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?i=1084002I&cc=01&search=4002i
CD Player: http://www.crutchfield.com/S-LxumH55wLmI/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?i=500CDA9825&cc=01&search=Apline+9825

Will all of this stuff work? Is any additional mounting hardware/brackets required? If so, what? Can I do this myself or are MODIFICATIONS needed that will probably require an installer? I'm new to audio.

Please give me your comments.

Receiver and dash speakers will fit, no problem.

The rears are too big/deep. The stock opening for the rear speakers is 4" on my '90 (the '92 may have 5.25" back there). 5.25" speakers are about as deep as you can go in the stock rear deck. For larger speakers, you'll have to get a "spacer" between the speaker and rear deck.

You can do the install yourself, but you'd have to ask yourself how comfy you are with wiring diagrams, crimping/soldering, taking apart your center console and back seat, and electrical troubleshooting. If you're new to this, and do it yourself, go slowly and ask many questions.

So the speakers should mount without any modifications or drilling in the car? No special equipment needed?

Also, does the receiver need "brackets" or to be "re-wired"? If so, what exactly should I buy for it? Please provide a Crutchfield link.

Thanks!

If you're referring to 6.5" speakers in the rear deck: modifications ARE required. 5.25" in the rear deck may require a little drilling.

The receiver will come w/ its own mounting bracket (aka sleeve). It WILL require cutting and splicing wires. I don't think Crutchfield carries any wiring harnesses that will work w/ your car.

Where can I purchase a harness for this car? Crutchfield does not have it. Any online place? I cannot find one.

I have to disagree a bit. I have 6.5" coaxial Blaupunkts in my '85. The only "modification" was to enlarge the opening from the 4" speakers with a utility knife, no metal cutting. Just be sure to test fit the speaker grills, since the 6.5" diameter will require that the speaker grill come close to the rear window, so measure twice, cut once.
