Went to use CD changer for the 1st time. Ejected magazine, put in two CD's. Got into car pushed CD, looked like things were going to go smooth, then NO MAGAZINE appeared. Went to eject magazine and magazine won't eject. Have tried multiple times to get CD to play ad magazine to eject with no effect. Please advise!! Thanks! |

Probably the first thing you should do is unplug and plug in the cable to the changer and see if anything changes. Next is to find a very thin steel ruler or similar item and slide it under the magazine and see if you can release the magazine manually. If none of that works repair is probably in order.

I assume you found and plugged in the fiber optics AND electrical connectors.
Besides that the radio itself needs to have it's internal coding changed (configuration) to reflect the additional components on the fiber optics line, dealer almost has to do it using the shop computer SDS. Gilly

The CD player came w/ the car, I just bought the car used. I unplugged all connections in the back after trying to get the CD player to work unsuccessfully , thinking that unplugging the whole unit may reset it, but after hooking it back up still nothing. Magazine still stuck, still "NO MAGAZINE" on radio display.
