Becker stereo usual problem
 

My 91 420 sel becker stereo as a bunch of short.The left or right,or rear speakers come on when they want to.Sometimes after warming up?or when I hit a bump,or close a door,etc...I would like to keep the system,because when it all works,its sounds great.What can I do to fix all the problems and how?

look in the star magazine. becker usa advertises in it all the time. you can send in your's as a core and they will send you a rehab or send yours in and they can fix it. i got the guy's name at work but i just can't pull it out of my head now.

anyway give em a call they can cure the problem.

Try fiddling with the fader control while listening and report back.

Thanks for info.The fader control is ok,problem seems to be in stereo unit and amp behind rear seat.
