Does anyone know whether an antenna mast from an older E model would fit into the motor housing for the 94-95 E class cars? I've recently transplanted an aftermarket stereo into my 94E420 from my old 87 300E (The same occurred with the factory radio). The reception was MUCH better in the old car. The mast was also much longer, and without the weird black button, black upper mast that is on the newer car.
