Amplifier Power: Where to run power thru firewall
1992 300E.
I want to run a power cable direct from the battery to the amp. Where is a good place to run wire thru firewall? Somewhere with an existing grommet.

Yeah run the cable through a factory grommet or you could drill a hole through the firewall to make your own. There should be a grommet hole on the passengers side somewhere underneath the dash. Pull the carpet out and look.
