I had stated in an earlier thread that my radio was asking for a code after a battery install. Turns out that the original radio, a Becker, was still in the car. I called the local MB dealer, gave them my VIN number, told them of my situation and they gave me the code over the phone. I was very grateful. Also a little surprised they did it over the phone as I am not the original owner. I must have an honest face, uh, I mean voice.
