Antenna does not extent fully.
I've searched for an answer to my problem and nothing seems to fit my exact situation.
My Antenna mast goes half way up when I turn the music on and retract when I turn it off. However, when I push the up button it goes up more but not fully. The second section from the top does not come out. I can not even pull it out while I hold the up button. The antenna has never had work done on it or any part replaced so I have no hands-on. What should I do and where do I find it?

I assume your locking it in the fully up position? The button can be held up and spring back. This allows for temporary adjustment. Just do what we probably all do, push the button fully up and it should stay there. That will fix your problem unless of course there is a misunderstanding (very likely with me).
Thanks David

Turns out to just be jamed. I took a set of vise grips on the one below it and turned and pulled. Cleaned it again and seems to be working fine for now.
