wiring Dia for BE 1432
I just purchased this radio for my '82 SEC and of course need to retro fit so it fits my car, but, I can't make out the wiring/connections for installation. So, I was wondering if anyone had the wiring diagram for a Becker Grand Prix BE 1432? Or, possibly if someone knew of a webste that maybe have this information.
Thanks |

Sorry to tell you it will not work in your car period.
It is a 2 piece system which connects to a "receiver" unit via a data cable in the trunk. The trunk unit contains your FM, AM, speaker output, etc. |

you are better off going with something else, you would have to re-wire the car to get it to work. Speaker wires, ant. wire would have to go in the trunk & you would have to run a data cable from the front to the back.
If you want to keep that look, the ideal radio for you would be the 1480. It is self contained and doesnt have the lockout feature, as long as you have the code you can get it to operate no problem. |
