'95 s420-w140

Anyone knows what radio system is the 95 s420?

I want to change my radio maybe even for an ipod or connect it to a laptop etc.

anyone has experience with my model?

It most likely has a Becker 1492 with tuner and Bose amp in the trunk. If it's working properly and has a factory CD changer check the car audio forum for instructions on adding an auxiliary input jack. If you replace the head unit you either have to get an adapter so you can connect the new head unit to the Bose amp, or rewire all the speakers to run off the new head unit. Either way you have to run an antenna wire to the new head unit. BTW, the motorized antenna in a 95 W140 is for the cell phone, not the radio... at least that's how it was in my 95 S420.
