Am trying to install a Hirschmann power Antenna in my '99' S420 after removing an after market (RadioShack) unit. Instructions that came with the kit are all but useless. Went to the Hirschmann website for more info. "Hirschamnn Car Communication" side of the site doesn't work. Can you point me in the right direction/ Thanks

There is a gentleman I was forwarded to when I contacted Hirschmann USA's office. His name is Walter Odemer. He was sold parts for the Hirschmann antenna motors in the w123 vehicles and below after Hirschmann stopped selling the spares.

His website is here:

Hirschmann antennas have been around for a long time selling antennas to automakers and repair shops, but Hirschmann antenna hasn't really flaunted their name to the public. In fact, Hirschmann antennas are found on several high-end automobiles, including most BMW and Mercedes models.
