Jumped fuse panel
 

I have a 1990 560 SEL with an unusual problem. I have no power to the power antenna, no power to the moonroof, and unless the D fuse is jumpered to the #19 fuse, all of the power windows don't work. I inherited this problem. I want to know if there is a connection underneath the fuse box or another relay that might be the cause of the problem. I don't want to tear apart and rewire the whole car.
