2001 E320 radio not working help

After Battery installed reset radio with code still nonworking any suggestions

If the code is wrong it's probably a replacement radio

Someone in the radio forum can give you the correct code if you have the serial number off the radio.

MB dealers give you the proper code, if there are too many errors you will have to wait with the radio on for it to clear. Some radios have to be kept on 24 hrs if too many attempts were made.
