Poor sound level
 

94 S350/ Radio model Becker 1492:
The other day I turned off my engine, removed the key, got out of the car and the and radio kept playing and the antenna stayed up. I reached in and turned the radio off. I put the key back in, turned the radio on again, turned the key off , removed it and everything worked as it should except that now I can not get any appreciable sound volume. Anyone had this problem? What did you do?:worried:

I think your 12 year old headunit just took a dump... not sure where u can get it tested, but it most likely wont be cheap.


I'd put a new aftermarket one in, or hit up a junkyard for a known good one. Fixing a radio isnt usually cost effective, unless it's a really expensive one.
