123 Becker Reception
The reception on by Becker radio is less acceptable. Has there been problems with connections in the antenna or cable that can be suspect? Or is this just a typical Becker thing. The car is a 1982 300D and it appears to have a Cell phone antenna connection near the antenna too.

That's Becker, I had a 754 in my SDL I'd lose the strongest stations in town.
I'm sure with a rebuild it'd be better, but until the vehicle is worth big bucks... just shelf that stock radio

Poor reception is basically an understatement. I was able to listen to it for about 5 minutes on a 200 mile trip today. They would not get away with selling that crap in today's world.
There is a new radio out at Wal Mart that has a USB port for a thumb drive. Are there any decent models out with that option?
