MBZ spent big bucks engineering the sound system in you 91 SL. I would leave it stock. ANY after market radio/CD player, in my opinion, would look funny and more importantly not work properly with your tuner box in the trunk . But like they say, your the captain of your own ship.

The original equipment optional CD changer for the '91 SL is the Becker 980. It is a 10-disk unit that mounts in the trunk (left hand side) and uses the Sony 10-disc magazines.
deejay, I have one the I would consider selling. Contact me if interested. Kent, while an excellent unit, I don't beleive the BE4602 can be easily installed in the '91 with a 1432. I lot of rewiring has to be done.
