OK - searched about this and want to check to make sure switch is set to vertical - how do I get at it? Di I have to take the changer out or can it be accessed otherwise? If I have to get the changer out - how difficult is it? Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi 99E300TD,
Just to let you know. The adjustments for H or V are on the side of the changer. You would have to remove it from the bracket to check them. The problem you have is internal with the changer if it saids Empty Cartridge. I can service it if you wish. Let me know.

Thanks - now how do I get the thing out of the bracket - it is about 10 degrees F here and, if it isn't easy, I may have to wait until it warms up a bit.
