I recently bought a used MB C320. When I press the CD button on the radio, it shows a message NO CD CHANGER. There is a CD changer in the glove compartment with the cartridge loaded.

Has anyone resolved this issue before? I want to remove the radio to check the wiring. I don't see the slots for the tool insertion as mentioned in other forums, so am not sure how to go about getting the right tool or how to remove the radio.

I don't have the security code, but I am sure I can get it fom the dealer.
