wife killed the battery and needed the stereo code, got code 23522 from dealer by vin number, but will not work.
the stereo serial number is AL 4910 x 09 12311
any help would be appreciated!

I had the same thing happen when I had a brake box installed. Now my changer won't work anymore. It's in the shop as I speak. The guy that fixes mine said there is a programming problem and the computer can fix the routing. He said this last week and didn't solve it.
Is it still a blue screen?
I had a card with the number on it. It took me three tries to get it, but I found the last number on the back of the original card in pen.
I'll let you know what happens today!

yes it is a blue screen that says wait every 3rd time i input the code, which is apparently wrong and goes into the wait mode. And i can't find anywhere to get the code from the serial number of the actual stereo unit rather than the vin number!
please let me know what happens to yours,,thanx
