95 E320 Wagon Audio Demise

Sad story:

First the head unit right(+) button wont let me fade to the rear or shift blanace to the right or adjust Treble and Bass, so I plulled the fuse and reset it to defaults. Now a year later, only the right side dash, right front door, and left rear door speakers work....

Am I doomed? I do not have a good understanding of audio or electric. I have replaced the head units on my 123 and 124 sedans, but they were easy compared to what looks like wiring hell in this wagon.

What options do I have to get this fixed without a loan?

Thanks

They have a repair and swap program I believe.
Not sure what size mortgage you might need.
