You'll get more improvement in sound quality by replacing the head unit and keeping the speakers, but whatever.

The dash speakers are 4 inch, doors are 6.5", rear deck are 5.25". However, not any speaker that is nominally the same size can just be dropped into place. For example, there isn't much room below the left side dash speaker, the a/c ductwork is right there.

There's a company named Rainbow that makes higher quality drop-in replacements for the 124. Have a search through the audio forum.

Failing that, it's probably wise to remove one the existing speakers and take them to the store for a size comparison with the intended replacements.

Is the sizing you mentioned, 4", 5.25", and 6.5" standard for all 94-95 124s?

Its more like 5" in the dash.... Remember, its metric.

The 4 inch dash speakers will leave you with holes around the speaker frame, which is not good if you want to have any sort of mids.

I dont have door speakers, but I think they are 6.5".

I dont have a parcel shelf, so I dont know what exact size they are.
