Satellite radio antenna? SL320 (R129)

Satellite radio antenna?
I’ve been using my Sirius Starmate (mounted in the ashtray) with a wire running to the rear input of the radio. I’ve had the antenna sitting on the inside of my Pano roof, being held in place by the retracted sunshade assembly. It works great, however, I’m getting ready to install a new radio this weekend, with the Sirius receiver built in and do away with the separate receiver. It’s also time to take off the roof and start using the soft top. I would like to mount the antenna on the rear deck (trunk, boot, whatever you want to call it). My question is how to run the wire? Doing a search, it looks like several have just run the wire in the bottom of the soft top compartment. Is there an easy way to run from the trunk to the interior without having to take a lot of stuff apart? It never had an original radio installed when I bought the car pre-owned. The CD changer is still in the trunk, can I remove that to gain access to the wiring that routes it to the front? Anyone looking for an original CD changer? Don’t know if it works, make me an offer.
