When you say "they gave me the radio code", who is "they" ?

Did you try contacting Becker directly?

Mercedes-Benz services here in Norway give me the radio code 31072 and this code is for my radio with S/N. AL 2910 1 01 94270.
Code 31072 is not working.
This radio is a Alpine radio.

Thanks.

Try contacting this guy.
