Hi. I need the battery code for my 1995 mercedes c 280. model # cm2294. VIN WDBHA28E[I<---(OR 1)]SF2189A2. The number on the top of te tape player is 23669. And the number on a sticker behind the tape deck read 2028300662. Also, how do I install a CD player and where do i run the wires for the subs (8 gauge) I'm putting in the trunk? How do I enter the code when i get it?

Do you need:
* The vehicle battery part numbers MB# 0045414601 or MB# 0055412501
* The radio security code to make it function again?


My best guess is that this is radio related, moved to the correct forum.

There are two ways to get the radio code.
1 goto your dealer with your vin# and proof of ownership and they will get it for you.
2 pull the radio from the dash and get the serial number from the back and again goto the dealer for the code.
As far as entering the code read your manual.

how do i wire a fuse from the amp to the battery? my radio wont work because i dont have the code. when i get my new cd player head unit will i still need a code?
