1995 w124 station wagon running wires for amp

I need help running wires from the battery to the amplifier. The largest issue is getting the 4gauge wire from the battery to the wagon. Here are my questions.

1. How do you get the wire from the battery compartment to the cabin? I don't have a glove box, I have an air bag so its much more difficult than I anticipated.

2. Is it better to run the wire through the console or down the side of the car? (I am thinking amp wires on the side, signal wires down the console)

3. How do you remove the front seats?

4. I have a very large amp I belive it is 12x16x3 inches, any ideas on where to mount it out of the way?

5. Any other advice you can offer...

Thanks for the help.

Jay

alright as for the 4 gauge run it down the passenger side under the carpet. The remote wire just run it down the driver side. On my car I drilled holes in the firewall with rubber gromits and ran the wire under the carpeting to the trunk. Run your remote wire and the RCA's together on the driver side and the power wire on the passenger side. You can mount the amp under the back seat, i believe there is enough room under it. If you can find a plug in the firewall than run the wires through that so you wont have to add your own, just make sure to use rubber gromits because over time it will short out the wire.
