Hello everyone.. my first time posting in the car audio section... I have a 1994 C280 and the stock Bose speakers are starting to deteriorate... I recently bought 6.5" Focal speakers that I was going to use on another car but I was actually wondering if the 6.5s would fit in the stock speaker locations in the C class without much modifications.. i want it to look stock. While I'm at it.. can anyone tell me how to remove the door panels? thanks!!!

On my 98 C230, there is a screw under the bottom side of the door that holds the speaker grill in place - you don't have to remove the whole panel. It looks as if a 6.5" will go there, and the tweeter should have room in the dash locations, which are held on by plastic tabs.

Thanks john for your quick reply!!! I think that I might have to remove the panels though because I have to change out the wires for the speakers...
