How to disconnect antenna motor?
Hello,
I have a 1993 300D 2.5 Turbo, I believe the chassis number is 124.128. Anyway, I'm having a problem with the antenna motor, and I want to disconnect the motor permanently so that the antenna is always in the "up" position. I've been digging around behind the plastic panel that covers the antenna mechanism. There's a small metal box with 4 separate electrical connections (I assume they are the antenna connections), and right below it there's a big black box, which I'm assuming it's the motor. So, is there a plug that I can pull that will cut off power to the motor? Thanks in advance for any suggestions. |

As I said to my wife...Don't go through the carwash with brushes. Always go through the brushless when your antenna doesn't go down! But it didn't do any good.
