I was thinking about that when I first read your post. Is the wire that runs to your I Pod sticking straight out of the slot or is it jammed in the side of the slot against the side of the tape adapter?

Mine worked a few times and then started acting funny, so I just quit using it. I was afraid of having it get stuck in the player.

Tape Problem
The tape section is in need of repair. When people use the tape player to send their IPod signal into the unit it wears out the cass. section much faster than normal. Motor,Belt, sensors are the problem areas. We can service it. For more info. please contact me directly via E-Mail.
