I think I'm going to get the Infinity Basslink if I can find a good deal on it at a time when I also happen to have the money. Friday when I finished my sales calls in Charlottesville, I stopped at the Crutchfield store. WOW! I nearly siezed up! What a fantastic place that is. The people are really nice, too. None of those snooty, self-important audio store people like you run into in a lot of places.

I looked on Ebay and the prices were about the same as they are elsewhere. Some were much cheaper, but I suspect those might be gray market items. I want a good deal, but not if it's likely to be a lot of trouble and might end up costing me more. I've been down that road before.

I bought all my stuff for the wagon from them. They were cheaper than everyone else, but they are worthless in helping you decide what's right to buy. If you know what you want, it's worth buying it from them for the savings. I haven't priced powered subs so I don't know how their prices compare on those, but my speakers, sub, and amp were all significantly cheaper than the next cheapest place.

Chad - what does that do for the warranties on the items you buy? Are they "authorized" or whatever they have to be to get the manufacturers to honor warranties if you buy from them?

I'd pay $6 more if your store has knowledgeable CSRs. Like I said before, Techronics is only good if you know exactly what you want and don't need any additional info.

I think I might get one of those bass link subs for the SDL.. I want full trunk capacity . the two 10" JL's might be re purposed for home theater subs
