What size speakers in 93' 300E

I just purchased a Pioneer 4300 and will be replacing it next week. I have blown out the right front door speaker and would like to buy a new set for the front and perhaps the back. Where can I get specs (sizes) on all the speakers in my 300E. Also, I would like to know what you recommend are good sound quality speakers at a reasonable price; I plan to add subs later?
