300d replacement radio
Hey folks,
I need a little advice on a replacement radio to my Becker Grand prix. I want to put in a cd player. But before I do, How hard are these things to put in? (84 300d) I have put radios in other cars before Should I run new wires to the speakers to avoid the fader issue. I dont desire that much performance other than the four speakers to play cds. Thanks for you help. bob |

Have your Mercedes dealer show you the MB Single CD Receiver, part # Q 6 82 0410. With adapter cable Q 6 82 0411 it should be a plug-in installation. If you want to be adventures, you find the front speaker plugs about 6" from the fader control and plug them right to the radio to double up on your output power and get 4x25 Watt.
