I have a 2008 C-Class 300. Does anybody know how to disconnect the over ride function so you can watch a DVD when the car is in motion. As soon as the car is put in drive the picture goes out and you get sound only. Any help would be appriciated, the dealer won't do it.

I think there is a reason for that, maybe SAFETY

safety huh? they let you mess around with the gps any time the car's in motion, but you loose the video on a dvd. To me, the gps is much more of a safety issue.
