Anybody removed rear deck cover from 124?

I would like to remove it all to put some FatMat down and reinforce the lid with some MDF so I need to remove the cover completely. I am doing this to kill some leftover vibrations from my sub mounted on the decklid.

Anybody done this and can lend any tips/advice?
