89 300ce radio on/off issues
 

hey everyone,i had an issue with my radio it was very staticy,then stopped putting out sound,it would turn on/off fine,i diagnosed a defective front/rear fader switch,i replaced it now the radio sounds great,problem now is it does not want to turn on for me, i have to mess with the buttons first,then after about 7 or 8 tries it turns on,could this be a defective on button or something else,i also noticed a tiny dot on the right side of the display on the radio,kinda like a digital number but just a dot,when the radio is off.

Sounds like the radio is failing slowly, just one of those things. One of mine has a very flaky volume control
