radio problem

Hi, My MB 500 sel 1993 has radio becker BE 1432. The radio is ok. But the radio has no sound. What is problem.

The system consists of three pieces(four with CD). In the dash is a contol and cassette player, which is connected by a large "din" plug to the tuner located at the base of the drivers side wheel well behind the liner. The two outputs go to the Bose, audio amp located on top of the whel well. If you have the CD the "din" cable is routed thru it before it goes to the tuner. You say it works but doesn't, I would check fuses, I think there is one on the back of the radio, you will need removal tools to get it out and the theft code. I think there might be one on the tuner in the trunk
