Need advice on sub choice for w126 sedan

1984 500sel. I am deciding on either an Infinity Basslink 10" (219.90 including shipping) or a dual 10" bandpass system
http://www.audiodealer.com/show_items.php?product=Car&sub_product=Specials
fifth one down (180.98 including shipping)

I know I will have to port the sound through the rear deck (first aid kit and tool box) but which one will give me better sound. The dual 10" will have more power (500w per sub max and 600w amp) compared to the basslink (1 10" sub, 1 10" passive radiator 200w rms amp) but will the basslink have a better sound to it. I dont need big thumping bass for rap, just enough to mnake the music sound liek it should (which my 4x6 3-way pyramids in stock opening dont (no bass but otherwise are great speakers for mids and highs). Anyone who has heard the basslink compred to dual 10s? any preferrence? please let me know as I plan to get this either for a Christmas present or before Christmas and have it installed by Christmas. brockley@pacbell.net if you have any suggestions or questions.
Thanks.

Just installed my Rockford Fosgate Reference HX2 3110 10" subs. I have 3 10s, in a small .75 cubic foot box each, taking up minimal space. No Porting needed. Each one handles 1000! watts peak, and is 2 + 2 DVC. I have them ran 4 ohm each, and each sub parallel to 1.3 ohm load, to a Boss Class D amp, pushing 3000 at 1 oh, about 2700 at 1.3 ohms. The subs just kill!, take no space, but dynamat is a must!!

Kill the Audiobahn 10" aluminums I was looking at. Must check it out, not many people know of them, dunno why, but great sub!
