Exclamation New Alpine in my 86 300e with bluretooth! extra wires?

I pulled out the after market tape player from the mose recent 1987 stereo upgrade

When I pulled the unit i noticed a few wires where not hooked up and I'm not sure exactly what these are. Because everything is working just as it should besides the antenna. I don't know so I'm asking.... here are some pics.
Thanks for the look... Thank you very much for the response.

SEE THE LAST PIC THE WIRES ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE IM NOT SURE WHAT THESE ARE FOR. BESIDES THE RADIO ANTENNA.

Probably vehicle speed, alarm, and illumination.

Cables Continued

Vehical Speed.. Like vehical speed sensitive volume?
Illumination... With the new head unit, Power supply should light the unit up.(right?)

Also, the alarm setup without the stock radio will this effect the cars alarm system to the doors etc?

Thanks!

Yes that car originally had speed sensitive volume. Don't know if your new head will need the illumination signal. Some don't some do. Leave the alarm wire unhooked. I even have it unhooked on my factory radio, I don't want to accidentally lock it!

Power will light it up, but what he meant by illumination is when running lights are on the head unit should dim so its not so glaring in the dark. Also, if it can, it will adjust brightness based on dash dim control.

In the reviews:

The CDE-103BT is a great Receiver with CD, and MP3 playback using front USB or iPods. The blue display for song title/radio station does not dim with the vehicle interior lights. The ability to turn the display off or dim it would improve the unit. I use a gum wrapper to block the distracting display.
