question about Soundgate XR4 into W140 with new Deck HU.

I'm putting in a new deck HU into a 1993 300SD and want to bypass the tuner which is shot, but I want to keep the original Bose amp, which I just had rebuilt.

I've been reading over the fantastic posts and just have a few final questions I can't find answers to.

I will be running 2 set of speaker wire from the new deck to the rear, which I will connect to the Soundgate XR4 line level converter and then to the 4 wires that originaly ran from the tuner to the amp. (+ RED & - BLUE) & (+ WHITE & - YELLOW)

Looking at the electrical schematics my question is:
* as there are 6 wires originally running from the original deck to the tuner, 4 of which are the speaker lines, now being replaced by the 2 sets of speaker wire, do I need to do anything with the 2 remaining wires that are for the Data Bus (RED & YELLOW)?
