When I turn on the radio, and during when the antennae is extending, static soud will be audible from the speakers. But as the antennae is fully extended, the static soud is gone?? Also, when I am changing CDs, change CD to Radio to Tape, the gap in between changes, the static sound will appear, too. Any ideas??

Interference problems... You should add some noise reductors (Use Pb or an electronic one). You should put it on the electric system.
