I have a 93 300se.. is it prewired for a ch changer???? what is the pn??? will any stock cd changer off a w140 work??? where is the wire located in the trunk???

The W140 should have pre-wiring for the CD changer. Try behind one of the side panels...

Hi,
The radio in the 1993 300SE is the 2 piece Becker type. It used the old 10 Disc Becker Silverstone that was junk! You can buy a 6 disc Alpine CHM-620, 3 Mercedes-Benz interface adapters, and 1 aftermarket plug to run the cd changer just like the original 10 disc type.
