the silver tipped cable is for the antenna, the bundles are for speakers and antenna motor.
I'm moving this to the audio forum for better answers.

the old becker had several connectors on the back. The silver tipped black cable is the antenna, the bundle with the yellow, green, black and red are for the speakers and DO NOT match the colors for an aftermarket deck harness. they are separated into left and right channels only at this point. The front and rear control is done by the fader (for simplicity lets leave the fader out for now, pretend you only have two speakers) The power, ignition and ground wires are off in the top left corner of your picture. The antenna motor should be on it's own switch and not worth trying to make work with an aftermarket deck as it cannot be easily controlled by it.
