i have a stock radio and stock 6 speaker sound in my 94 E420. the driver side in-dash speaker sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. when the speaker doesn't work, i play with the volume knob and i would hear the sound again from the same speaker.

what could be the problem? it seems like the connection is bad? any help is helpful.

thanks
