2002 Ml320 radio head unit power intermittent

The power is intermittent sometimes I have power and sometimes I don't.When I d have power unable to change stations any clue what's wrong.

That should be an ISO connector on the radio for that year, I would get a set of removal keys and make sure the plug is in good and tight.

Make sure you have your CODE handy...it could be that your battery line is solid but the switched line is not, if you separate the whole connector from the radio, you will be asked to put in the CODE again.
