Panasonic CXDP601 and 1995 E320

Just got a 1995 E320 SE and its CD changer is not working too well. I was wondering if the OEM Changer that I have in my Jetta, the Panasonic CXDP-601 will work?

Also, how can I tell which factory audio system is in this car (if it's an upgraded system or not)?
