how do I replace the Fader controller?
93 300 D I got the new one on order, How do I get it out without wrecking stuff? pictures would be great Part Number: 124-820-64-10-MBZ

yes, ... remove the piece of wood that holds the window switches. Doing that, will let you remove the fader.
