Speakers not Working after Installation

On my 98 E300 and 99 E300 I had installed (by Best Buy) a Kenwood KDC-BT558U head unit. Love the stereo, but in both installations, at two separate locations, the speakers in the rear doors are not working. Both cars have factory Bose systems. Can anyone help me figure out whether both installers made the same mistake or whether there's some incompatibility that won't allow those two speakers to function?

Thanks.

Got it resolved....it turned about to be a particular bluetooth setting that needed to be changed.
