Becker 780 DIY bluetooth hack

I have made some progress with the Becker 780
Its controlled by an Arduino pro mini with a Bluetooth module and an IR receiver for remote control.

I have made in a small movie how it works.
I have done it in English but do mind I'm Dutch, and i never speak English.

The idea is to have an original Becker from the correct time period in my car (190D 1986)
But with some modern functionality, mostly the car-kit function and music stream from the mobile phone. The remote control is an added bonus

To add some extra information;

The Becker 780 is original fully function, with the FM/AM and cassette.

I have added an Bluetooth module and an IR sensor for the remote.
In radio mode you can use the remote for the volume and changing the station.

When an phone is connected to the Bluetooth module, it will switch to to the audio of the phone, and will start an mp3 (streaming)
With the remote you can do Next/Prev, Play/Pause number, volume ofcourse, Take or reject a incoming phone.
You can also use the cassette buttons for this.

You can switch the radio back to FM/AM if you want to listen to the radio.

If your listing to the radio (FM/AM or cassette) and you get an incoming call the radio switching automatically to the bluetooth, and you can hear the ringtone. Then its up to you to answer or reject the phone.
If you reject or your done talking to the phone, the radio is switching back to the FM/AM.
Or your where listening the streaming MP3 it will resume that.

There will be an external MIC on it for the speaking part.

I have added the Bluetooth module in the anti-theft connector.
Its better I think because the whole radio is shielded so a signal has a hard time getting out.
There is also a fail-save switch on it, if somehow the arduino fails, switching the switch will put the radio back in default operation without the arduino an bluetooth powered on.

Today i tested the microphone circuit, and it worked very good.
The quality from the mic transmitted to the phone is excellent.

The Nuclear powered bluetooth module is oke to go.

Sadly the project in on hold again.
As i have troubles with the bluetooth module.
Everything works fine, until i answer an phone call.
The the sound goes back to the mobile phone speaker, nor does the external MIC work.

So its kinda useless.
I have to order an other bluetooth module, its from china so it takes a few weeks.
