Just acquired a 2006 cls500 and have had subs installed in the back with some lowline adapters. I want to put in a head unit so I can get Bluetooth. Rear cam. Touchscreen. And all that other good stuff but really have no idea where to begin. I see these units that look like stock but run an android os but am a bit skeptical because they are only available from China and have no reviews or if anyone can recommend a name brand that will work in these cars I assume I'll need a special harness or somethings. Also not really sure how to run wire in this car do the carpets come up and I can go directly to the trunk? I want to do this myself because I've found every time I go to a shop something is off and I end up redoing their work or tweaking it later. Plus it's probably expensive. Thanks.
