Prewired for satellite radio
My 05 CL500 is prewired for satellite radio. What must I do/buy to get it to work?

depends,if you radio is satelite ready,all you need is the tuner,and your radio will display channels.Then of course antennae,and a device that hooks in between car ant. and radio,a modulator.The larger tuners for sat. radio have the best sound quality.

oldsinner111 thanks for the response. The build sheet and original window sticker both show the car is prewired. Also, when you touch the SAT button Sirius shows but is greyed out. Do I just head to the dealer and buy what I need?

I would talk with dealer first,or go to a place that installs them.Make sure they have worked on mercedes before.trim can be broken if you don't know what you are doing.
